The Franklin County Coalition for Progress (FCCP) partnered with Worthy Consulting and Training, LLC in early February to deliver a diversity and inclusion training for those looking to develop their inclusionary lens and cultural comptencies. Several industry sectors were represented including local and state government, business, healthcare and non-profits that work underprivileged populations in Franklin County. Wilson College provided a $3000 sponsorship to provide scholarships to those needing financial assistance to attend the training.
The FCCP is working with Worthy Consulting and Training, LLC to provide more training opportunities this year.
